Refund and Exchange Policy

**VERY IMORTANT PLEASE NOTE**

Our products are printed on demand custom just for you when you place an order.  For this reason we do not offer exchanges.

 

Orders can be sent to print within 1 hour of being placed.  This means it is very important that you type your location spelled correctly (google to check) and pick your sizes and colors very carefully.  We are not able to cancel or change orders once production has started.  There is a size chart in the main menu for measuring. 


If your product is damaged or has printing deficiencies
 all you have to do is shoot us an email to sales@smalltownrag.us with clear photos that show the issue and at least one image that shows the design and the deficiency in one single shot, and we will be happy to give you a full refund or send you out a free re-print.
 

Don’t even worry about it!

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, sadly we can no longer offer you a refund.

Our products are printed and shipped from our print facilities in California and Florida, and do go through a quality control check, however, unfortunately we are unable to check every item personally before it leaves for your location.

There is no way for us to completely eliminate human error and sometimes printing mistakes make their way to our customers.  We take this very seriously which is why we will make it right with you.  No Problem.

 

**LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS**

If we issued you a refund and you haven’t received it yet, first check your credit card account again. 

It may take some time, depending on who you bank with, before your refund is officially posted. Usually within 1-10 days.  Pesky banks…
