Shipping and Tracking
***IMPORTANT***
Items are custom printed for you upon order. They are sent to production within 1 hour of your order. We do not hold inventory for each location and we can not offer exchanges on sizes at this time, so please be sure of your purchase before you checkout.
Here at Small Town Rag, we use USPS Express Mail. A premium service that we include in our prices to ensure prompt delivery. Production is included in these times and can vary from 1 day to 7 days depending on how busy our printers are. Once you place your order please allow for the following:
American Locations: 7-14 Business Days
(Usually 7 Days )
The Rest of the Globe: 3-30 Business Days
Please allow a grace period of a few days in December due to the Christmas rush, if you live in a remote/rural location, or on the fringes of the continent somewhere.
Please remember these are estimated times, we are not Amazon and we are at the mercy of the Postal Service (and Border/Customs if applicable)
If you’re ordering from some far off land (overseas) things can get hairy in some places especially due to weather, so hang in there for 30 business days. If you don’t get it .. ever.. just let us know and sure as Jesus wore sandals, we’ll look after ya. No problem.

Tracking is not provided upon order. Tracking is provided via shipping confirmation only when your order ships out of our print facility. It usually takes from 1 to 3 days for your order to be printed packaged and shipped.
When your order ships out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from sales@smalltownrag.com with your tracking number included in it. You can click this tracking number to check the status. Make sure you check your junk/spam mail folder if you don’t see it or didn’t receive your initial order confirmation with your receipt.
Our products are printed and shipped from our main print facilities in California and Florida. We use United States Postal Service Express Mail for 90% of our orders, but at busy times we will also use a Canadian Printing Partner when our main facilities are busy or low on inventory. If we need help from our partners your package will ship from Canada, it will be shipped Express by Canada Post.

Since we provide express post shipping in our prices, there is a very good chance your order will be on your doorstep before they get around to updating the tracking information.
Things to Keep in Mind:
Tracking numbers do not instantly update with available delivery status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed, your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should be updated within a few business days.
